Got mine today. Exactly what was promised. It came thru the US postal service. I emailed customer support over the weekend and had a responce with in 48 hours. So far this is going well. All my expectations have been meet thus far.

I used to rock the Novo 4 , after 6 in a month the pod would leak too much. Going to at different smoke shop I saw this the price was ok, dude was buying one I asked him how they are. He said he never had a problem flavors were good and this was his 10th 12th purchase. So I got me more learned how to work it I love it. I believe I'll be rocking this product for a while.
